ICLEI-Local Governments for Sustainability USA is conducting this event for free through the Statewide Energy Efficiency Collaborative (SEEC). The training is open only to representatives from California local governments and planning agencies.
During the train we will cover the following topics:

- Types of greenhouse gas inventories
- Available standards, protocols, and methodological uncertainty
- Staff and resources needed to effectively complete inventory
- Establishing community-wide boundaries
