To receive access to events and trainings, tools, guidebooks, and case studies through the Statewide Energy Efficiency Collaborative (SEEC), just fill out the fields below. Save your username and password to access ICLEI's resources on the SEEC website (many resources from other SEEC partners do not require a login).

Please note: SEEC website content and resources are restricted to individuals affiliated with California local governments (staff and elected officials) as well as individuals with the following entities: Energy Watch partners California state and regional government agencies, districts. and public schools.
