Purpose & Structure
SEEC Local Government Roundtables, organized by topic and convened via conference call, aim to facilitate peer-to-peer connections to share best practices and resources, discuss opportunities to overcome challenges, and highlight innovative local efforts. For most roundtables, participation is limited to local government staff and officials in order to provide a safe space for open dialogue, with the exception of the facilitator being a staff member of the Local Government Commission (one of SEEC’s NGO partners) and when a Roundtable decides to extend an invitation to an industry expert.
