  • Create a ClearPath Account

    The California SEEC ClearPath, developed by ICLEI USA, contains two software modules: a Community Inventory Assistant to help you complete your community-scale GHG emissions inventory, and a Climate Action Planning Assistant, to help you choose the most cost-effective measures for your climate action plan.

  • Join the Beacon Program

    Participating in the Beacon program provides local agencies and their leaders with positive recognition for voluntary efforts to save energy, conserve resources, promote sustainability and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

  • Subscribe to wEEkly Updates

    The Statewide Local Government Energy Efficiency Best Practices Coordinator maintains a list serv to share the latest energy news, resources, job posting, events, and funding opportunities on a weekly basis.

  • Attend the Annual SEEC Forum

    The Annual Statewide Energy Efficiency Forum, offered at no-cost to California local government staff and officials, provides participants with the opportunity to learn about the latest news and opportunities, highlight their own agency’s accomplishments, and network with peers from across the state.
