The California Statewide Energy Efficiency Collaborative offers software tools, on-demand trainings, case studies, templates, and guidance documents at no-cost to California local governments in the Resource Portal.
The California SEEC ClearPath, developed by ICLEI USA, contains two software modules: a Community Inventory Assistant to help you complete your community-scale GHG emissions inventory, and a Climate Action Planning Assistant, to help you choose the most cost-effective measures for your climate action plan.
Periodic events, webinars, and trainings are offered for California local governments.
